Bob Ender and Lee Willwerth left the world of engineering and software development to run their own DreamMaker business. They wanted a challenge, and both liked the company’s values and systems-based model. “I saw a growth opportunity,” Ender says.
Their corporate background serves them well: In 2010 they added an additional management level to their lead carpenter system to better serve clients and manage growth.
DreamMaker’s systems were just the start, and Ender, Willwerth, and their team have developed new marketing tools as well as a unique commission-based pay scale for employees.
The company is a one-stop shop with a fully stocked showroom. Everything they do is designed for efficiency and throughput. “We credit it to automation,” Ender says. “It’s a click of a button to make a change.”
