Jim and Cris Keeter, father and son, started their general contracting business out of a backyard shed. They grew strategically. For instance, 10 years ago the Keeters, now joined by brother Daryn, took the systems and processes they’d developed as a general remodeler and applied them to specialty contracting.
“We felt that to be the best in our area, employee installation was critical,” says Cris Keeter, president.
They’ve mastered the marketing part. A November/December special sale to past customers, for instance, helped make those previously off-months into some of All States’ best. New ideas — some picked up from fellow members of Certified Contractors Network — helped the Keeters turn All States into a dominant force in windows and siding in Wichita.
