Atlanta Design & Buildhas grown “carefully and not so fast that we couldn’t support a high level of customer service,” says president Dale Contant. Professional growth gleaned from involvement in various organizations, such as NARI, the National Kitchen & Bath Association, Cobb Chamber of Commerce, and Remodelers Advantage, have helped Contant grow AD&B from a startup entrepreneurial effort to a corporate entity with systems and procedures for completing whole-house and kitchen and bath remodels, room additions, attics and basements.
Contant recently partnered with sales and marketing consultant Don Rigby of Integrated Marcom to clarify AD&B’s difference in the marketplace. In surveys conducted, clients stated the AD&B benefit as “transforming homes and enriching lives,” which provided the company with its new tagline. AD&B then developed its HOMEStyle System, with its DeepDiscovery document, InspiredDesign, and MasterPlan to its “twice-the-industry-standard” HOMEStyle Warranty. “We’re doing whatever we can to separate ourselves from the pack,” Contant says.
